Tuition and Fees

Registration Fee:
The registration fee is equal to one month’s tuition, which will become part of the tuition that includes all materials and textbooks. Only one-half of the registration fee is due at registration when the application is signed, and the other half is due thirty days from that point. This registration fee is non-refundable. These fees do not include uniforms, meals, back-pack as needed.

Annual Tuition:
Tuition may be paid annually or monthly. Payment can be made by check or cash. Tuition is due on the first of each month. A $20 late fee shall be charged after the 10th of each month. 
Multi-student discounts are given for families with more than one student enrolled at FBA. Annual tuition is discounted 10% for the second child. A 20% discount is given to any additional students following the second child.
A one time payment option is available which entitles you to a 5% tuition discount, but does not include the multi-student discount.
Tuition is not deductible in case of illness or school holidays.

Withdrawal Fee:
It is assumed a student is enrolling for the entire year, and budgets are set accordingly. Students who withdraw before fulfilling the financial contract must submit a 30-day written notice. All paid fees are forfeited and a two-month withdrawal fee will be assessed. Report cards and/or official/unofficial transcripts are released to the parent or other schools only when the student s account is paid up to date. In case of an extenuating circumstance the Director, with the input of the school board, will make the final decision.

Curriculum Fee:
This is a one-time fee that is assessed in September of each year which covers curriculum and technology upgrades.

Testing fee:
This fee covers any placement testing if needed during the admissions process. This fee is due at the time of testing and is non-refundable. Not all admissions require the test.

Notice of Nondiscriminatory Admissions Policy:
The First Baptist Academy welcomes and accepts any qualified student of any race, color, national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities, generally accorded or made available to students at the school. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national and ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, scholarships and loan programs, and other school-administered programs.
 

Admissions Policy

Admissions Policy:
Admission policies to First Baptist Academy are considered on the basis of:
Completed application with registration fee equal to one month tuition (non-refundable).
Copy of all records, birth certificate, health immunization record, latest report card, latest standardized test scores and recommendations (for elementary students only).
Good discipline record from previous school.Good attendance record that should meet 90% unless there are extenuating circumstances with documentation.
Accept the Ten Biblical Principles of First Baptist Academy, and a willingness to follow these principles, signed by the parent or guardian during the time of enrollment and prior to the start of the school year.
Accept and sign the Code of Conduct agreement during the time of enrollment and prior to the start of the school year stating the parent will be responsible for their child’s behavior and that all rules will be followed.
Student entering K-5 will be accepted with a positive letter of recommendation from former school and passes a screening process.
